After Hurricane Harvey, I started calling about replacement windows in early September. I was stood up for appointments, some service providers never followed up with estimates, it was frustrating. When I finally met Mark, I instantly liked him, his pricing was pretty darn close to Window World (the least expensive bid I had received). I decided I wanted to use Mark Mauser because he had spent the time explaining the process thoroughly, offered a quality window made in Texas, and he answered all my follow up questions in a timely manner. The install crew was excellent, hard working and very conscientious. I have referred friends to Mark Mauser at the Window Authority, and they have been happy too!
